Our shipping policy aims to maintain the quality and integrity of your soft toffee and chocolate products during shipping, particularly in warmer months, when temperature control is crucial.

 Cool Season (November - May)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Days: Monday through Wednesday.
    • This ensures products do not sit over the weekend in transit.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, 2nd day air or next day air.
  • Shipping Fee:
    • Determined by UPS

Warm Season (June - October)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Days: Monday through Wednesday.
    • This ensures products do not sit over the weekend in transit.
  • Shipping Method:
    • Within California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah: UPS Ground, 2nd day air, or next day air.
    • To other states: UPS 2nd Day Air or next day air.
  • Summer Insulator Fee:
    • An automatic $10 fee is applied during checkout for insulated packaging. 
  • Shipping Fee:
    • Determined by UPS

We do not have the ability to ship to P.O. boxes.

TRACKING

Tracking information is sent by designated shipper via email once order is picked up.

ADDRESS CORRECTNESS

We cannot be responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses. A fee will be applied for address corrections made after an order has dispatched.
